Even Jesus Christ Was Unable to Conduct a Flawless Personnel Policy, Says Nikol Pashinyan

"I cannot say that our personnel policy is ideal. This was stated today by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, during a meeting with the Armenian community in Tbilisi.

“We are not perfect, and that is good because the greatest teacher for every person is their mistakes. If everything around you is ideal, you have no need to change or to be changed. Therefore, there should be mistakes, failures; the key is that these mistakes should not be fatal. Mistakes are the most important guarantee of progress. Yes, our personnel policy is not perfect, but we are not afraid to admit it. If criminal cases are brought against our high-ranking officials on charges of corruption, that is an admission that everything is not ideal. We do not deceive our people. The most important thing is trust,” noted Pashinyan.

When I recently spoke about traitors in the law enforcement system, that is also an admission. Later, when I think about this topic, I find comfort in the Holy Scriptures. It states that if you are unable to conduct a personnel policy that excludes treachery, it is a significant issue. The Holy Scriptures provide support, showing that even among Jesus Christ’s chosen ones, there was a traitor. Thus, if even Jesus was unable to conduct a flawless personnel policy, it would be presumptuous to think that any Prime Minister could do so,” emphasized Pashinyan.
