Serob Harutyunyan, the NSS Official Charged in Suren Papikyan's Case
According to information from Haykakan Zhamanak, the NSS official charged in the case of disclosing Suren Papikyan's personal data is Serob Harutyunyan, who heads the service and supervision department of the counterintelligence division of the NSS.

According to news reports, Harutyunyan joined the NSS in January of this year. Previously, he served as the police chief of Kotayk Province and was also the head of the Nubarashen Prison.
Recall that the Special Investigative Service announced today that a criminal case had been initiated regarding the disclosure of Suren Papikyan's personal data, and charges have been brought against an NSS official for abuse of official powers. His powers have been temporarily suspended, and a signature prohibiting him from leaving has been chosen as a measure of restraint.
