The Game Had a Good Start for Pyunik: Roman Berezovsky

The Yerevan-based FC Pyunik celebrated its first official victory under the guidance of coach Roman Berezovsky, who has provided his initial comments following the start of the championship.

“Our players need a little time to adjust to the game. It is normal that the opening matches after the resumption of the championship are not brilliant or beautiful. At this moment, the result is the most important since we are in a tough situation,” Berezovsky mentioned during a post-match press conference, as reported by Armenpress.

He emphasized that the team aims to be among the top six teams by the end of the season and that the club is currently focused on the upcoming two matches. “FC Pyunik is ready both physically and psychologically. There are issues in the attacking line, but we strive to address those problems. This game had a good start for us,” he said.

In the 16th round of the Armenia Premier League, FC Pyunik faced Gandzasar-Kapan and won with a score of 2:0.
