Doctor and healthcare organizer Gevorg Grigoryan writes on his Facebook page: "Just moments ago, the Prime Minister announced the first case of #coronavirus detected in Armenia. Now it is necessary to:

• Hold an extraordinary government session to confirm previously developed (if not, urgently develop) protocols for the detection, transfer, isolation, and treatment of patients.
• Conduct concise but substantive retraining for healthcare workers in the primary healthcare segment according to the above protocols.
• Retrain medical personnel working in inpatient facilities (prioritizing particularly therapists and resuscitation specialists) according to the above protocols.
• If possible, isolate all coronavirus patients in one hospital.
• Discuss and approve changes to the timing of granting spring break in educational institutions.
• Distribute masks to individuals in high-risk groups.
