Misunderstanding Arises Regarding the 'Golden Palace' Building, Says Health Ministry Spokesperson

Alina Nikoghosyan, spokesperson for the Minister of Health of Armenia, made the following post on her Facebook page:

“A certain misunderstanding has arisen regarding the building serving as an isolation facility. It should be noted that the 31 isolated individuals are located in the former ‘Golden Palace’ hotel in Tsaghkadzor, which is not related to the current hotel chain of the same name. The Tsaghkadzor ‘Golden Palace’ hotel was donated to the Republic of Armenia last September and has not been operational since then. Furthermore, there is no danger to the surrounding area,” she wrote.
