March 1 Commemoration March Cancelled

The march dedicated to the victims of March 1 has been decided to be cancelled. This was announced in an official statement shared on the Facebook page of the Civil Contract party.

“Dear compatriots, the Board of the Civil Contract party has made the decision to cancel the march commemorating the victims of March 1, due to the first reported cases of coronavirus in Armenia. In this situation, it is crucial to follow the recommendations of the Ministry of Health and to take all preventive measures. We urge everyone to remain calm and to rely only on information provided by official sources,” reads the statement from the Civil Contract party’s Board.
