VIDEO: Deputy Minister of Defense on Recent Deaths and Resignations in the Army

Resignations were only one of the consequences, and much more serious work is underway. This was stated today by Deputy Minister of Defense Gabriel Balayan during a briefing with journalists in the National Assembly, addressing the recent deaths in the army and the resignations that followed.
