COVID-19 Cases Registered in Iranian Province Bordering Armenia
The number of COVID-19 infection cases in Iran has reached 388 today. In Eastern Azerbaijan, the Iranian province bordering Armenia, 4 new cases of the coronavirus have been registered.
In the last 24 hours, there have been 143 new confirmed cases of the virus, 8 of which resulted in death. A total of 73 patients have recovered from the illness.
It is noteworthy that the average age of hospitalized patients in Iran is 50 and older, while the average age of those who have died is 60 and above.
It is recalled that the novel coronavirus has spread to over 50 countries worldwide.
