Bako Sahakyan Introduces New Chief of the Artsakh Defense Army Jalal Harutyunyan to Senior Military Personnel

The Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Artsakh, Bako Sahakyan, convened a working consultation at the Defense Army headquarters, during which he introduced the new commander of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan, to the senior military personnel.

According to the information department of the Presidential Administration, Bako Sahakyan thanked Karen Abrahamyan for his contributions to the defense and security of the republic and congratulated Jalal Harutyunyan on his appointment to the high and responsible position, expressing confidence that he would further enhance the army's combat readiness.

Attendees included the Chief of the General Staff of the Armenian Armed Forces Artak Davtyan and other officials.
