We Have Started a Brilliant Economic Year, Boldly Says Prime Minister

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has made a post on his Facebook page:

“We are starting the year on a high economic note. In January 2020, the following indicators were recorded:

• Economic growth: 8.9%.
• Industrial growth: 13.4%.
• Construction growth: 7.7%.
• Trade turnover growth: 10.3%.
• Service sector growth: 13.2%.
• Electricity production growth: 18.7%.
• Export growth: 20.4%.

In January, inflation was only 0.2%, and salary growth was 5.9%. In short, we have started a brilliant economic year. Boldly :)”
