VIDEO: Gunshots Fired Towards Several Villages in Tavush Region

On February 23, gunshots were fired from the Azerbaijani side towards several villages in the Tavush region. According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the gunfire, a serviceman of the Ministry of Defense of Armenia sustained gunshot wounds, but his life was saved thanks to the hospital doctors.

Today, February 24, since early morning, Azerbaijani irregulars have been firing sporadically towards the village of Koti.

Auroranews contacted Colonel Samvel Asatryan, head of the information department of the Armenian Armed Forces General Staff, to verify the authenticity of the news. He informed us that the agency is currently working not to disclose information about servicemen injured in similar situations, as doing so would confirm that the actions of the opponent have been effective.
