President Makes New Appointment
According to the decision of the President of the Republic of Armenia, Armen Sarkissian, Vahram Kazhoyan, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, has been appointed as the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to the Lao People's Democratic Republic (residence: Hanoi), concurrently.
