Man Attempts Self-Harm Near Genocide Museum-Institute

On February 23, at 20:23, the National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia received information about a citizen attempting self-harm near the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute in Yerevan.

A firefighting unit from the Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. It was determined that a man named Karlen V. (born in 1984) had injured his wrists with a piece of glass.

Before the paramedics arrived, rescuers provided initial first aid to the injured individual.
