Lusadzor Community Head Sold Land Through Formal Auctions to Various Individuals, Including His Son

Investigation departments of the Ijevan division have obtained factual information regarding illegal activities in the Lusadzor community as part of their investigative measures. This was reported by the Police.

According to the data known to the investigation, from 2017 to 2019, the head of the community organized formal auctions and sold agricultural and energy-significant lands to various individuals, including his son, misusing his official position against the interests of service.

During the preparation of the materials, 7 instances of formal auction were uncovered. The total amount for the sold lands exceeds 1 million 700 thousand drams. A criminal case has been initiated on the grounds of official forgery at the Ijevan division of the police, which has been sent to the Tavush Regional Prosecutor's Office.
