Britain Evacuates 32 People from the 'Diamond Princess' Cruise Ship in Japan
Great Britain has evacuated 32 citizens from the 'Diamond Princess' cruise ship docked at Yokohama port in Japan, reports Armenpress.
The aircraft, carrying British and European tourists, departed from Japan on the evening of February 21 and landed in the United Kingdom on Saturday.
“Britain has brought home 32 citizens from the 'Diamond Princess' cruise ship. Thanks to our partners and the medical team who accompanied them during the flight,” wrote Dominic Raab, the UK's Foreign Secretary, on his Twitter account.
