Commander of Artsakh Defense Army Hosts Arman Tatoyan
On February 21, the Commander of the Artsakh Defense Army, Lieutenant General Karen Abrahamyan, hosted the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, who was on a working visit to Artsakh.
During the meeting, a wide range of issues related to the protection of the rights of servicemen and the deepening of cooperation between the two agencies were discussed.
The meeting was also attended by the first deputy commander and chief of staff of the Defense Army, Major General Jalal Harutyunyan, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, and other officials.
