Vanadzor Cooperative Leaders Suspected of Providing Fake Documents to Foreigners

The investigative department of the Bazum Police Station in Vanadzor is preparing materials regarding the abuse of official powers that took place in the Lori region.

According to photo journalist Gagik Shamshyan, operational information has revealed that a leader of one of the cooperatives operating in Vanadzor, through the delegation of his powers, provided fake documents regarding the right of actual residence for Umar Omarov, Muslim Gabibulaev, Elmira Gabibulaeva, Ramonov Khetag Arsenovich, and Khadono Mарат Ruslanovich in September 2019. These fake documents pertained to apartments located at 26 Acharyan Street, 50 Nersisyan Neighborhood, and 20 Acharyan Street.

As per G. Shamshyan's information, the aforementioned individuals submitted these documents to the Road Police's examination department in Vanadzor and, based on these documents, registered vehicles in their names in Armenia, despite the fact that they have never resided at the specified addresses. The police in the Lori region are taking necessary measures to determine the whereabouts of the mentioned individuals and to locate them.
