21 Employees of the Health and Labor Inspectorate to Face Administrative Inquiry
The Health and Labor Inspectorate of the Republic of Armenia has initiated an administrative inquiry against 21 of its employees in connection with 9 incidents. This information was announced by the Health and Labor Inspectorate.
Disciplinary sanctions have been imposed on 5 of these employees, while several investigations are still ongoing. Specifically, a severe reprimand was issued as a disciplinary measure in connection with the exploitation of a service vehicle on a non-working day.
In one case, a severe reprimand was applied to 2 employees for violating the legally established deadlines for the issuance of an administrative act.
Additionally, one administrative inquiry has been initiated regarding violations of sanitary rules and norms by an economic entity, with the ongoing proceedings slated for closure based on a lack of violations.
A disciplinary sanction has also been imposed on the head of one of the regional centers of the Inspectorate, as well as 2 of its employees. Several inquiries are currently underway to investigate instances of certain employees failing to fulfill or properly perform their job responsibilities.
