Armenian Divine Liturgy Performed at St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican

An Armenian Divine and Immortal Liturgy was celebrated by Bishop Mikael Muradyan, the leader of the Armenian Catholic Church in the USA and Canada, at the tomb of St. Peter in the crypt of St. Peter's Basilica in Vatican. This was reported by Vaticannews.

“We have come to the apostle’s authority, to the tomb of St. Peter, to renew our profession of faith as the shepherds entrusted with our respective communities. Indeed, we face difficulties, whether spiritual or material. St. Peter is the best example we can follow. Despite all the challenges and trials, he did not hesitate to testify about the crucified Christ at the cost of his life and blood. Let us renew our vows, trusting in Christ, for He is the leader and head of the Church. We are merely servants in the eyes of the Lord,” stated Muradyan.
