Police Chiefs of Vayk and Spitak Dismissed from Their Positions
The Acting Chief of Police Arman Sargsyan has made changes to the department heads. According to the 'Haykakan Zhamanak', by his order, the head of the Vayk police department, Karen Serobyan, has been dismissed from his position and registered in the personnel reserve.
It is noteworthy that Serobyan held this position since November 2019. He has been replaced by Ashot Khachatryan, the head of the Jermuk police department. Consequently, Khachatryan's deputy has been appointed as the new head of the Jermuk police department.
Additionally, by the order of Arman Sargsyan, the head of the Spitak police department, Sergo Avetisyan, has also been dismissed as he is transitioning into retirement after long-term service. The new head of the Spitak department has been appointed from the deputy of the Mush police department.
