Coronavirus in China: Death Toll Reaches 1,770

In China, the confirmed cases of coronavirus infection have reached 70,548. The death toll has risen to 1,770, with 10,844 individuals having recovered. This was announced on February 17 by the State Committee of Hygiene and Health of the People's Republic of China.

According to data received by midnight on February 19, out of more than 70,000 people infected with the new coronavirus, 57,934 are currently ill, with 10,644 individuals in serious condition. Over the past 24 hours, 105 people have died in China, and more than two thousand new cases of infection have been reported.
