VIDEO: Wooden Boiler Explodes in a House in Tashir
On February 10th, at 1:37 PM, the National Crisis Management Center received information regarding an explosion of a wooden boiler in one of the houses on Tumanyan Street, in the 4th district of Tashir, Lori Province. As a result of the explosion, the walls of the house were damaged; however, there were no injuries reported.
A unit from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations has been dispatched to the scene. It was revealed that the explosion occurred in the two-story house (the first floor is a basement, 170 sqm) involving a handmade wooden boiler, which caused approximately 10 meters of the outer wall of the kitchen to collapse. Furthermore, two interior walls of the house were damaged, about 6 sqm of the living room ceiling was affected, and the iron structural elements of the balcony railing (around 3 m) were also damaged.
