Charges Filed Against Two Others in Soldier's Death Case Besides Arakel Movsisyan's Son
The head of the Information and Public Relations Department of the RA Investigative Committee, Naira Harutyunyan, reported that in connection with the death of conscript soldier Vahram Mkrtich's Avagyan, charges have been filed against two other conscript soldiers, known as Kh. G. and A. S., under Part 3 of Article 359 of the RA Criminal Code. This involves violating the rules of conduct between soldiers in the absence of subordination relationships, leading to serious consequences through negligence.
"A motion has been submitted to the court to select imprisonment as a preventive measure against them," Harutyunyan noted.
Auroranews has not yet been able to contact the Investigative Committee to clarify whether they intend to file charges against Spartak Arthur's Avetisyan, who is one of the detainees, and whether A. S. was attached to the criminal case after the publication by Auroranews.
It should be reminded that earlier, as a preventive measure in the criminal case regarding the death of conscript soldier Vahram Mkrtich's Avagyan, detention was chosen for the accused Davit Movsisyan.
