Car Blocked in Snow on Road to Chapel
On February 5, at 20:40, the 911 emergency call center received a report that a vehicle (with a driver and six passengers) was blocked in snow on the road leading to the chapel named "Sari Surb" near the village of Lchashen in the Gegharkunik region.
The emergency response team from the regional rescue department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene.
