Explosion at a Hospital in China

An explosion occurred at the Caritas Medical Centre in Hong Kong, as reported by the South China Morning Post. Rescue teams have evacuated approximately 20 patients from the facility.

Police on the scene found remnants of an improvised explosive device made from a glass bottle filled with batteries and electric schematics. The hospital reported that loud explosions were heard from the restroom, after which it was discovered that the blast originated from one of the cubicles.
