When law enforcement asked him why he entered with a weapon and why he fired, he verbally stated that he was not alone and that there was a person inside him who told him to take that step. Moreover, he requested time to speak with the person inside him so he could answer all the necessary questions.

The daily newspaper has learned that in light of this situation, law enforcement has ordered a psychiatric examination to determine how mentally stable Arthur Torosyan was at the time of the attack.

It should also be noted that the preliminary investigation body has established that Arthur Torosyan purchased the hunting weapon just days before entering the hotel.
