Vardenyats Pass Closed, Difficult Roads Exist

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of January 25 at 08:30, there are closed and difficult access roads in the territory of Armenia.

The Vardenyats Pass is closed for trucks and difficult to pass for cars. On the roads of the Syunik region and the Sotk-Karabakh road, there are patches of black ice.

According to information received from the Georgian Ministry of Internal Affairs' Emergency Situations Department and the Crisis Management Center of the Russian Emergencies Ministry in North Ossetia, the Stepantsminda-Larsi road is open for all types of vehicles.
