Maria Gevorgyan Celebrates 6th Consecutive Victory in Armenian Championship

The 7th round matches of the Armenian Women’s Chess Championship took place at the Tigran Petrosian Chess House. In this round, victories were celebrated by Nare Arakelyan, Maria Kursova, Maria Gevorgyan, Susanna Gaboyan, and Veronika Khachatryan.

After the 7th round, the leader of the standings remains the reigning champion Maria Gevorgyan, who has 6 points. Susanna Gaboyan follows with 5.5 points, while Anna Khachatryan is in third place with 4.5 points. There are two rounds left until the end of the championship.
