High Thermal Background Expected in the Republic for the New Year, Surenyann

The head of the Armenian Weather Service, Gagik Surenyann, made a post on his Facebook page regarding the weather.

"January is also expected to be warm across the republic. The monthly average temperature will be 3-4 degrees higher than the climatic norm in all regions, while precipitation will remain within normal limits. On New Year's Day, a dry weather pattern and high thermal background are expected throughout the country," he noted.
