Criminal Charges Filed Against 'Brabus' Driver Who Assaulted Taxi Driver

A criminal case has been initiated regarding a video circulated on the internet on December 26, under the features of Article 258, Part 2 (hooliganism) of the RA Criminal Code. An investigation is currently underway.

It was previously reported that the driver of the Mercedes got out of his car after a collision with the taxi and began to physically assault the elderly taxi driver, throwing him to the ground.

One of the passersby intervened in the situation. Officers from the Arabkir Division of the Police have conducted operational investigative measures and identified the driver of the Mercedes and his whereabouts.

On December 27, the 48-year-old resident of Yerevan was located and taken to the Arabkir Division of the Police along with his vehicle.
