Artist Ziroy (Grisha Ziroyan) has reported to the police in New Arbat after filming a music video that blocked traffic, and he has been arrested for 48 hours. This was announced by Vladimir Vasenin, the head of the press service of the city department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, as reported by RIA Novosti.
