Rescuers Fight Against Fires

On December 24, at 08:04, firefighting operations in the "Bldghanut" area resumed. A total of 135 rescuers, 4 residents of Gndzakar village, and 11 employees of the State Forest Committee's Ijevan Forest Enterprise participated in the efforts.

The fire in the "Bldghanut" area was contained by 17:25 and fully extinguished by 17:55. Approximately 3 hectares of woodland, dry leaves, and underbrush were destroyed.

While conducting firefighting operations in the mentioned area, a new outbreak was discovered in the "Pat Kar" area. In this area, about 5000 square meters of wood debris, dry leaves, and underbrush burned. The fire in the "Pat Kar" area was contained by 18:02.

Due to darkness, firefighting operations were halted at 18:45.
