It is a great honor for me to award Vahandukht Melkonyan, the only resident of the village of Norshen located near the capital Ani, with a letter of gratitude from the Prime Minister. This was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, on his Facebook page, where he also published a video.
