The head of the Meteorological Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Gagik Surenyanc, addressed the Ministry's fire hazard warning on his Facebook page.
He shared a video and wrote: "For all those who were so surprised by the Emergency Ministry's fire hazard warning. This was filmed in Dilijan yesterday. Video by Hrant Manasyan."
