VIDEO: Decision Made to Dismiss 4 Police Officers

On December 20, the regular session of the Police Disciplinary Commission was held, chaired by the Chief of Police Staff Armen Ghukasian. Present were the heads of the internal security, legal, and public order departments of the police, as well as members of public organizations involved in the police disciplinary commission.

During the meeting, the materials and conclusions from the service investigation regarding five police employees were studied and discussed. After analyzing the factual circumstances, the disciplinary commission decided to appeal to the acting chief of police to apply the disciplinary sanction of "Dismissal from Service in the Police" against four officers, while in the case of one police officer, the service investigation was terminated.
