Moscow Set to Break 133-Year Temperature Record
Russian meteorologists have announced that Moscow may break a 133-year temperature record. In the first decade of December, the average temperature is expected to be 0.6 degrees Celsius, which is more than 5 degrees above the climatic norm.
The Russian Hydrometeorological Center has stated that there will be a distinctly non-winter weather pattern in the European part of Russia. The temperatures will be 5 to 8 degrees higher than usual.
