Vahe Danielyan Appointed as Deputy Minister of Justice
By the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Vahe Danielyan has been appointed as the Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. The corresponding decision has been published on the official website of the Government of Armenia and noted on the page of the Ministry of Justice.
Vahe Danielyan was born on May 12, 1990, in Vanadzor.
Education
He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Yerevan State University in 2011, obtaining a Bachelor’s degree. In 2013, he completed his Master’s degree from the same faculty. In 2016, he graduated from the Korea Development Institute School of Public Policy and Management, receiving a Master’s degree in Development Policy.
Work Experience
2011-2012: Legal adviser (volunteer) at the Armenian Constitutional Rights Protection Center NGO.
2012: Expert in the staff of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia.
2012-2014: First-category specialist in the Legal Acts Development Division of the Department of Legislation Analysis and Improvement within the Ministry of Justice.
2014: Junior expert at the Legal Institute of the Republic of Armenia.
2014-2015: Leading specialist in the Legal Department of the Office of the President of the Republic of Armenia.
2016-2018: Chief specialist in the Legal Department of the National Assembly Staff, representing the National Assembly in the Constitutional Court of Armenia.
2018: Head of the Legal Assurance Division of the Legal Expertise Department of the National Assembly Staff, also representing the National Assembly in the Constitutional Court.
On June 8, 2018, he was appointed as an assistant to Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan. By the decision of the Prime Minister on December 10, 2019, he was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Justice.
