Traffic Changes Announced by Road Police

The Road Police have announced that starting from December 11, 2019, there will be changes in traffic organization on the road segment opposite the police unit on Isakov Avenue in Yerevan to improve road traffic.

As a result of this change, a traffic light object will be installed in the specified area, and the flow of vehicles and pedestrians using the crosswalk on Isakov Avenue will be regulated by traffic light signals.

Additionally, the third lane heading towards the city of Ejmiadzin on Isakov Avenue will be designated exclusively for making U-turns. Moreover, within a 200-meter section of the traffic light object, the maximum permissible speed for vehicles will be set at 60 km/h in both directions.
