Stabbing at School, Student Detained: New Details

A stabbing incident has occurred at Khachik Dashtents High School No. 114 in Yerevan. During a physical education class, a student stabbed a classmate. According to the police press office, officers responded to a call at the school and have detained a student.

It has been reported that both the victim and the assailant were born in 2003. The Surb Astvatsamayr Medical Center informed AuroraNews that a 16-year-old was admitted to their facility.

"He is in the surgical department with a non-penetrating stab wound to the anterior abdominal wall, as well as a stab wound to the anterior surface of the right thigh. His condition is of moderate severity, and his life is not in danger," said representatives from the medical center.
