Police Recover Wallet of U.S. Citizen Containing $2,500
On December 9, officers from the criminal investigation and community police departments of the Vagharshapat police station carried out extensive operational and investigative work, which led to the recovery of a lost wallet belonging to a U.S. citizen in the Armavir region. This wallet had gone missing on December 8.
According to Shamshyan.com, on the same day, the police conducted necessary operational measures and received information that the wallet might have been found by a resident of the village of Mrajan in the Armavir region, Gideon Nersisyan. As a result of explanatory work carried out by the police, Nersisyan presented the found wallet to the authorities, which contained $2,500.
The police then invited Khachik A.'s friend, Seryozha M., to the department and returned the wallet along with the money to him.
