Accident in Gegharkunik Province Due to Ice on Road; Injuries Reported

On December 9, a major traffic accident occurred in Gegharkunik Province due to ice on the road, according to Shamshyan.com.

At around 14:15, a collision took place on the Vardenik-Zolakhar rural road, involving a Honda vehicle with license plate 72 RR 272 driven by David Nadyan, a 54-year-old resident of Vardenik village, and a VAZ 2114 vehicle with license plate 35 GG 388 driven by Ladik Abrahamyan, a 22-year-old resident of Zolakhar village.

As a result of the accident, driver L. Abrahamyan and his passenger, 24-year-old Tatul Haroyan, also a resident of the same village, were taken to the Martuni Medical Center with injuries.
