18-year-old student stabbed 6 times; undergoes surgery

Today, an 18-year-old student was admitted to Yerevan's number 1 university hospital after being stabbed six times. The student, identified as Avet K., was transported to the medical center where all necessary examinations were conducted. According to Shushan Danielyan, the spokesperson for the hospital, it was determined that the young man had sustained injuries to the abdominal area. Following medical advice, he underwent surgery, which concluded recently.

The young man's condition is assessed as moderate, and currently, there is no threat to his life.

The Armenian Police's press service reported that a call was received at 3:00 PM regarding a young man born in 2001 with knife wounds to his thighs. He stated that he was attacked in the Avetik Isahakyan Park in Yerevan. An operational group from the central police department arrived at the scene to clarify the circumstances of the incident.
