They Are Doing Everything to Prevent You from Appealing: MP on Points System
MP Ani Samsonyan from the 'Enlightened Armenia' faction has addressed the amendments made to the law on 'State Duties' on her Facebook page. She stated, 'A covert legislative proposal is hidden under the traffic points system. The amendment to the law on state duties has been adopted, according to which individuals are exempted from paying state duties for appealing decisions of authorized bodies regarding administrative offenses, except for those made by the traffic police. In other words, from now on, dear citizens, to appeal decisions made by the Traffic Police, you will have to pay a state duty. In short, they are doing everything to prevent you from appealing. As if the tax wasn't enough for us... I voted against it,' the MP wrote.
