Military Convoy Targeted in Turkey, Casualties Reported
A military convoy transporting soldiers was reportedly attacked by militants of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in the Şırnak province of southeastern Turkey. According to Turkish media, 2 soldiers were killed and 7 others injured in the explosion.
It is worth noting that Turkey has been conducting Operation Claw-3, targeting PKK fighters in the northern mountains of Iraq.
