Central District Administration Employees Will Spend 3 Million Instead of 5 Million for New Year Celebrations

The Yerevan Municipality allocated 5 million 199 thousand drams from the community budget for the New Year celebrations for the Central District Administration staff. With this amount, the district leadership planned a festive event for the directors and employees of establishments operating under the jurisdiction of the 'administration' from December 24 to 27.

However, the Yerevan Municipality decided to revise the amount and save a little. “Initially, there was a contract for 5 million 199 thousand drams; however, taking into account the need to economize budgetary resources, the process of revising the contract will now take place. The interested party in the review of the funds is, of course, the Yerevan community,” said Tatev Zoryan, the head of the public relations department of the Central District Administration, in an interview with Haykakan Jamanak.

She noted that as a result of the new contract, the Yerevan Municipality will allocate 3 million 199 thousand drams to the Central District Administration.
