Son of Owner of 'Jermuk Group' Appeals to Police

According to SHAMSHYAN.com, Vahagn Arsenyan, the 26-year-old son of renowned businessman Ashot Arsenyan, owner of 'Jermuk Group' and former parliament member, has appealed to the Police's Organized Crime Prevention Department (6th Division).

He stated that he is the executive director of 'Jermuk Group' LLC and that the company holds the 'Jermuk' trademark. Furthermore, Arsenyan reported that Suren Balayan, a 64-year-old resident of Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, and Karen Balayan, a 37-year-old resident of Goris, are illegally using the 'Jermuk' brand. This situation leads to consumer deception and allows them to profit while avoiding tax obligations, ultimately resulting in their bankruptcy.

Moreover, V. Arsenyan indicated that their actions have caused significant material damage to 'Jermuk Group' LLC. According to sources, S. Balayan works as the director of 'Jermuk Aqua' and 'Vanakva Group' LLC, and through 'Vanakva Group' LLC, they produce and sell mineral water carrying the 'Jermuk Aqua' brand in Armenia and Artsakh.
