Hrant Margaryan Smuggled Drugs with Davit Shahnazaryan, Says Arman Babajanyan

During the parliamentary session on December 6, independent MP Arman Babajanyan made a speech. He announced that one of the extra-parliamentary forces had distributed an internal circular regarding conducting guerrilla warfare against the state.

“In the first phase of independent Armenia’s history, this force, known for its terrorist past, has now decided to wage guerrilla warfare against the state and specific governmental structures. I believe that the National Assembly should not remain indifferent to such phenomena, and we must provide our assessment because, ultimately, the target seems to be the early parliamentary elections, and all factions should express their positions,” he stated.
