Charges Filed Against Vardan Beglaryan

Vardan Beglaryan, the president of the "Flash" company, has been charged under Article 38-179, Part 3, Point 1 of the RA Criminal Code for inciting the commission of theft of a particularly large sum of money through misappropriation from the state. This was reported by the spokesperson for the Special Investigation Service, Marina Ohanyan, in an interview with Auroranews.

It is noteworthy that earlier, charges were filed against former President Serzh Sargsyan for organizing the theft of approximately half a billion drams.
