Any Case of Corruption Will Result in Consequences, Says Araik Harutyunyan
In a conversation with journalists, the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports Araik Harutyunyan stated that he has nothing to say regarding his deputy Gevorg Loretsiyn, as he provided a comment yesterday. He urged to wait for the end of the investigation.
“We are committed to our principles, and in any case, there must be responsibilities,” he noted.
Commenting on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's statement that individuals involved in corruption will face severe consequences, Harutyunyan responded, “I am not referring to this specific case, but in general, in any case of corruption, consequences will follow. Every second speech of mine is about corruption, and the most criminal cases have been initiated in our sector.”
