Mr. Tsarukyan, you are in an awkward situation and you are wasting your money. Kristine Poghosyan

“I warmly advise Mr. Tsarukyan to dismiss all registered and unregistered individuals he pays, as his money is being wasted. When information is provided to Mr. Tsarukyan—whether intentionally or due to a lack of knowledge—resulting in that person finding themselves in, to put it mildly, an awkward position, it shows that he does not have a grasp of the situation. This is the outcome of all that. You are throwing money away, Mr. Tsarukyan. The engineering design task (АПЗ) is assigned to the project. No one has the right to deny permission for the project. It is the same as telling a person, ‘I can’t see what you want to build, but I won’t allow it.’ There needs to be project approval, the project needs to exist, and based on that project, it should be clear whether building permission can be granted or not,” said Kristine Poghosyan, a member of the “My Step” faction during the December 4th parliamentary session.

According to Poghosyan, the result of all this is that 13 buildings have been illegally constructed in the city of Abovyan, leading to ongoing judicial processes. This is also the outcome of the judicial process regarding the Hrazdan cable car case.

“Mr. Tsarukyan, you are wasting your money. Dismiss that large number of people and hire a decent person,” the MP concluded, addressing the BHK faction.
